For many, February 14, Valentine's Day, is just an invention of florists and chocolate makers. Which is true somewhere, because actually we should show our loved ones all year round what they mean to us. In everyday life, however, this usually looks different. Between work, household, children, leisure time stress and all the daily to-do's, this is often neglected
From that point of view, it might not be so bad to consciously remind each other on such a day!
This does not even require material gifts. An honest message, special time for each other or even a delicious meal is often enough - because, as is well known, love goes through the stomach!
That's why we have a little suggestion here that is very easy to prepare for young and old, young and old! A good opportunity to spoil each other and enjoy together

My great passion is healthy eating. My numerous training courses have led me into the plant-based diet and the world of medicinal mushrooms and medicinal plants. Due to my passion for healthy cooking, I turned my hobby into a job: I am responsible for the healthy kitchen of the employees in an Upper Austrian company and have been giving vegan cooking workshops for over 6 years. Boredom is the worst thing for me, so I need a lot of variety in my life. When I'm not cooking, I coach two synchronized figure skating teams, amuse my two daughters (7 and 15), jump in an ice bath, and devour books on health.
